New Ulm Country Club first opened for play in 1929.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,242 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,792 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 9, a par-5 that plays to 513 yards. The shortest holes on the course are # 2 and #14, both are par-3s that play 175 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 416-yard par-4 challenge, and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at New Ulm Golf Course is # 13, a 459 yard par-6.

If you haven't played New Ulm for a while it is worth another look. The condition of the greens has rebounded nicely an they're putting pretty true. They have also made great strides in food quality with the addition of a great chef; the restaurant/grill can stand on its own. The "private" club mentality has been replaced with a much more open and inviting atmosphere.
